Matt Howell

Matt is a Group, Life and Disability Consultant and President of Howell Financial Corp. In this role, Matt holds the Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designation and looks to help small business owners protect themselves, their families and their employees' families from lifestyle threatening risks.

Before starting Howell Financial Corp, Matt had more than 20 years of experience as a small business owner. Prior to being in financial services, Matt spent 12 years growing 3 successful, local restaurant franchises.

Matt is no stranger to financial services, having spent 10 years as an advisor with Freedom 55 and Riley Financial Group where he cared for a client base of over 500 homes and 80 businesses.

A big believer in generosity, Matt supports the Trillium Gift of Life Network.

As a proud father Matt sits on the board of the Children's Safety Village.

As an engaged Financial Advisor Matt is a director in the local chapter of Advocis, promoting advisor professionalism since 1906.

As a concerned small business owner Matt is an active member in 5 local Chambers of Commerce in and around the greater Quinte area.

Originally from the Bancroft area, Matt moved to Belleville in 1990 to attend Loyalist College and never left. Matt is the proud father of Donovan, Sea Cadet and future lawyer/NFL superstar, and Emily, Pegasus Cheer all star and future veterinarian/Mayor of Belleville.

Matt collects guitars and likes to fish the Bay of Quinte in the summer and Ice boat in the winter. At 46 he is learning to snowboard in spite of his body's warnings.


Stacey Dustin

Stacey Dustin is an Operations Manager and Financial Security Advisor with Howell Financial Corp. With 20 years of industry experience Stacey has completed the Canadian Securities and Professional Financial Planning courses and is currently pursuing her Certified Financial Planner designation.

She is a member of Advocis and the 100+ Women Who Care Quinte community.

Stacey knows firsthand that being unprepared for your future financially can cause undue stress. Watching family members steer through debilitating disabilities, life altering diagnoses and premature death has led her to a simple goal; helping others maneuver through life's triumphs and obstacles better prepared for the "what-ifs". Stacey is a tell it like it is kind of girl. She has a passion for knowledge and a willingness to help. She works with clients to determine what is important to them and then establishes a plan to make it happen.

As a former PI, Stacey knows how to seek out solutions that fit.

When she isn't working, you'll find Stacey making memories with friends and family and overwhelming herself with the balancing act of working mom, wife and domestic goddess.
